Details, broadcast information, and player selections for the 2025 MLS NEXT All-Star Game presented by Allstate have been released by MLS NEXT. In an East vs. West style, the yearly event will include the best young players in North America. Following the conclusion of the 2024–25 regular season and the 2025 MLS NEXT Cup, the 44 players were chosen. Players must have been born between 2008 and 2010 and have participated in at least one of MLS NEXT’s main events, such as MLS NEXT Fest, MLS NEXT Flex, Generation adidas Cup, or MLS NEXT Cup Playoffs, in addition to the regular season in order to be eligible for selection.

Coaches
Orlando City academy director and U18 head coach Javier Carrillo, who led the Lions to their first-ever Generation adidas Cup championship in April, will be in charge of the East All-Stars. Austin FC U16 head coach Jason Shackell, who guided the U16 team to the Round of 32 at the MLS NEXT Cup in June and the quarterfinals of the 2025 Generation adidas Cup, will be leading the West All-Stars.
