Inside the structure of the offer buyback program which was reported in the official statement of March 10, 2021, Agfa-Gevaert NV continued with the acquisition of own portions available of Euronext Brussels.
The approval to get own portions was conceded to the Board of Directors by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of May 12, 2020.
Agfa-Gevaert NV has mentioned a monetary mediator to repurchase Agfa-Gevaert shares for a greatest measure of 50,000,000 Euro for its benefit under the details of an underlying optional order concurrence with legitimacy until March 31, 2022, viable as from April 1, 2021.
