Report 2021: Las Vegas mom accused of clipping teens with car said son was bullied

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) – – A Las Vegas mother who purportedly cut a few teenagers with her vehicle during an afterschool fight said her child was a casualty of school tormenting.

Jaquitta Madison, 36, was captured after she supposedly cut a few adolescents with her vehicle on Dec. 3. following a battle close to Silvestri Middle School.

As per her police report, Madison went up against the guardians of the understudy who supposedly tormented her child. While the contention between guardians followed, 20 to 30 understudies assembled around.

The contention among Madison and the understudy’s family blamed for harassing swelled into actual battle, the report said. Madison strolled to her van and continued to drive backward, compelling understudies to run for security. The report said while the van was moving, mobile phone video showed an understudy in the front seat.

Police led a stakeout outside Madison’s home where she was decidedly recognized by witnesses and arrested.

While conversing with police, Madison said her child had been a casualty of harassing for the three months. Madison confessed to needing to hit the guardians “a little,” the report said. Madison said she heard on the news that she cut four understudies, but she recalled just hitting one.

On Tuesday, Madison showed up in court and mentioned time to enlist her own lawyer as opposed to being named a public safeguard. Court record show she had posted bail, and as a component of her bail conditions, is precluded from going to the Silvestri Middle School grounds.

Madison is booked back in court on Jan. 11.
